This route is made among the numerous and majestic mountains of Madeira. Along the way, enjoy the rocky formations, sometimes covered by the clouds, sometimes leaving the possibility of glimpsing in the distance some populations. It is the closest to feeling on top of the world.

You can visit the three highest peaks of Madeira: Pico do Areeiro, Pico das Torres and Pico Ruivo.

This course requires some physical preparation and resistance because there are many ascents and descents, because it is a mountain hike. However, all the effort is worth the panoramas that present who makes this walk.

At Pico Ruivo, take a break, enjoy a snack or visit the shelter. Do not forget to go to the top of the peak, it is a unique sensation, because in days of good weather it has a general overview in its whole of North, South, East and West of Madeira
