There are five Double Superior rooms in the historical main house of Estalagem do Vale and they retain many of the original features while incorporating modern comforts and conveniences such as full en-suite bathrooms and central heating. They are decorated and furnished in traditional style to reflect the character of the building.
As the manor house is classified as being of municipal value due to its historical importance for the municipality of São Vicente, all its original design must be maintained, which is why these rooms do not have a balcony.
